Crash fixed - Changelog v0.1.2

After releasing, some fairly major issues were discovered. So hopefully the game should be much more playable now.

In specific:

• Fixed a common crash when one character is dead
• Enemy attack is way too damn high!
• Phoenix auto-life breaks possession
• Revived Lalo is missing <REDACTED> status effect
• Stat boosting items fail on late-game Lalo
• Whisper now revives Lalo

Even aside from the crash, some of these issues made the game borderline impossible without a lot of grinding and treasure hunting. Hopefully now the game feels more fair!
