Questa Fortuna (Demo)

This is a tarot-inspired psychic rule-discovery deckbuilder where you use a combination of luck, strategy, and learning the whims of the deck to match cards and evade misfortune.

Your first run will feel like a game of chance, but once you hone your third eye, you'll start to get an uncanny feeling that you know exactly where the cards you need are...

Aim

The Oracle - La Sibilla - has foretold for you a terrible fate. All you can do now is to convince the cards to turn in your favour.

The aim of the game is simple: match cards either in pairs or sets to increase your Fortune. Meet the Fortune requirement of the round to pass. Spend your excess Fortune on new cards - including the special-purpose Oblique Arcana - to carry you through the next, more difficult round.

Clear 10 rounds to win the demo.

Controls

Controls are currently mouse-only:

• Click a card to flip it over.
• Click another card to try to find a match.

There are a couple of keyboard shortcuts:

• S: Skip tutorial.
• R: Reset run.
• F11: Fullscreen (Windows only - use the fullscreen button on macOS.)
